Lake Pointe Marina new location on the northeast side of Lake Ray Hubbard across from the new Bass Pro at Interstate I-30. Along with 184,000s.f. of Apartments / Condominiums above retail and restaurants with Garaged Parking making this project the City of Garlands new City Entrance.
