Lake Pointe Marina new location on the northeast side of Lake Ray Hubbard across from the new Bass Pro at Interstate I-30. Phase Two (2) envisions a Center Focus 300 room Marriott Hotel with lush gardens and fountains cascading toward the lake, surrounded by 50,000s.f. of Restaurants, Shops and Retail. Along with 184,000s.f. of Apartments / Condominiums above retail and restaurants with Garaged Parking making this project the City of Garlands new City Entrance.
