3015 Culinary Arts School is located in Dallas's Newest Development in West Dallas across from Downtown Dallas via the newly opened Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Owned by Sharon Van Meter, Professor at Paris's Cordon Blue Academy. This 10,000 S.F. Culinary Arts School was honed from a Industrial building that served as a truck repair facility. While the structure was saved with the addition of new exterior walls, roof and glass entries to enhanced the walk up appeal. The Contemporary Interiors has 2 catering kitchens and 10 display kitchens with a large social space for corporate events.
