The immense black hull and massive yellow funnels of the Hotel Matsonia contained within a classic 1930’s ocean liner which is permanently berthed at pier 35, towers over the fabled waterfront adjacent to Fisherman’s Wharf San Francisco. The new permanently docked hotel ship will accommodate 350 rooms including Luxury, Owner, King and Double Double Suites along with Restaurant Matsonia, The Pacific Club, Ocean Bar, Promenade Lounge, Verandah Grill, Restaurant Lurline, Ballroom and Cinema makes Hotel Matsonia a Full Service Hotel. Upon arrival pier side one is greeted by Vintage 1930 automobiles and stacks of steamer trunks, with pall mall bell boys whisking luggage up canvas gang plank ways invoking the golden age of grand ocean voyages. At each days close a gala sail away party held at 5pm on the aft deck signaled by the ships whistle will be a precursor of a evening which comes alive at Hotel Matsonia offering guests and visitors a plethora of dining and entertainment options all with the most spectualar views of San Francisco.
